I have a mainform/subform.
The main form requests some of the data that is associated with initially requesting scheduling of a room. ie type of room, division requiring use, POC...
The subform requests multiple days/hours, non contiguous usage stuff.
There is more information that goes with the data taken from the main form. Logically I would put it all in one table.
If only part of the data for a table is accepted on a form, will Access still automatically update that table before going to the subform? (assuming the fields are not required)
I am trying to decide whether to split a table. If I do, the tables will have a 1-1 relationship, in the end all fields will be required in both tables, just not at time of initial request.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tamra
