One salemen is telling me that a few reports are not printing right, that about an inch on the left is being cut off. Do you troubleshoot this on his printer or change the settings on the printer it's being mapped to on the server?
The server driver is different than his local print driver.
I don't really want to modify the report since it will changed for everyone else too.
Has anyone ran into a situation like this? I know I've heard of this outside citrix of print driver's doing this, specifically with the "all-in-one" printer/fax/scanners and we had to use another driver that was limited in what it could do.
