On my multi site star configuration, I have a centralized voicemail. All aspects of the voicemail seem to be working correctly with the exception of General Mailbox passwords. I am using hunt groups at all of the sites as general mailboxes. No queuing, members, etc. They have voicemail permission. I can login as the huntgroup number, but the system continually asks for a new password every time I login. If I enter a new password and then pull a configuration from the IPO for that site, no password is shown in the voicemail password field (****). If I manually input a password in the voicemail password field, the change will stick and I can use the new password when logging into the mailbox. Any ideas why I can't change the password over the phone?
