General Mailbox Question

I have Merlin Messaging 2.5. Is it possible that if a caller presses "0" at the auto attendant, and then extension 10 rings... if there is no answer, the caller will go to the general mailbox? Rather than extension 10's mailbox?

Each general mailbox is associated with its respective AA. You have a couple of options:
1 Set the dial 0 / timeout action off the first AA to go straight to that AA's Gen MB or
2 Set Ext 10's MB as an AA that goes to the second AA's Gen MB.
I think what you want is to have the operator get her personal voice mail, and that's always a problem. If so, here is a work around:
Renumber an adjunct for the Operator, say Ext 11. Put a cover button on the Operator console for Ext. 11. When people want the company operator, they dial 10, covers to an AA with a general mailbox. When they want the person who is the operator (non-company) they dial 11. The console rings, but goes to MB 11. The operator then periodically checks MB 11 for personal messages.
