General mail Box greeting

I have set up on my BCM for a Hunt group to overflow to another Hunt group.
On the System Schedule I have set 221 to ring after hours of business with the hope it will go to the general mail Box which it seems to qoute the system default greeting.

Can this be changed to a personal company greeting?
Also how can i check the mail?

I think you would need to create a mailbox 221.

Assign the GD mailbox 100 to ext. 221, problem solved.

Record a greeting in the MB 100 just like a regular mailbox and do what norstarboy125 said to do.
