I was just speking with our bookeeper and she is not able o iew isory in GL view general ledger hisory, nothing comes up as if it was never posted, regardless of dates selected.

Not able to view history, or not able to drill down into it? Depending upon your options when inetfacing from subledger, drill down would be disabled.

Also, please post back exactly what menu options she is selecting when she does this.

It could be that there are no records in the GLTRXHST file for the given account and date range. To check this, run a sql query or a crystal report against the data.. If you do indeed have records there, post back.

Yes, there is history there, I found a document on the customer portal that states the way one posts ,,,one step or two step would impact ones ability to drill down in history?

I'm also trying to locate reports that would show a GL summary by month per fiscal year,, as well as a seperate detailed GL monthly report do you know if there are reports packaged with macola that serve this purpose?

I think I found the reports but I am recieving nothing in range when running them, they are the Trial Balance & Transaction History reports in the GL.
