I am getting this error when creating a new user for remote worker but for some user IX Workplace is working. Upon checking in the Avaya SBC theres an error 606 not acceptable and 503 service unavailable.

Is this license issue because client is requesting for another license for power user and then avaya gave us templicense. upon activating theres an expiray data(of course) but theres a grace period of 30days? is there something wrong with the license?

Do you have licenses in the SBC?
Doesn't SBC require Advanced licenses for Remote Workers?

Yup we do have also temp licenses for sbc standard and advance.

Is it necessary to do a restart after uploading the license?

You need to configure the SBC to request the licenses in EMS Device settings.

If you press View you'll see what licenses it requested.

@janni - already edit in the device settings by configuring 30 adv to 60 adv license but the permanent license has encryption key and when I was uploading the templicense it dont have the encryption key. Is that something to do thats why ix users experiencing that error?

For TLS/SRTP you also need the VALUE_SBCE_ENCRYPTION license, this should be included when buying Advanced licenses.
But when you create a temp license this needs to be added manually so someone might forgot that.

@janni - yea. I believe this is the one causing problems. Avaya didnt include the encryption key license. @.@

@janni - do you know anything about this? User is experiencing "The registration ended by the server" Phone service problem? in the Avaya SBCE there's a 503 service unavailable

@derfloh - it should be accepting the registration. Im not really sure why some of the users experiencing this but for the other user they can register smoothly without the problem.

I am now very confuse here. Even if the User was already in Power user mode still encountering this error in SysMon Sip: SIP REG: phone is 1001@<domainName> client, but it is not configured for the user Avaya Equinox Mobile

Upon seeing in License tab we have 27 power user but the maximum is 30 also theres an error saying that it "exceeds" and seeing in webLM it doesnt reached the maximum capacity. I am very now confused here

Do you have an active ("Red") error saying licenses are exceeded?

well, there is, this is the weird thing. In License Pane, we have 24 Power user license and the maximum is 30. Upon seeing the webLM the power user license is 30/30
