General Error 126 SQL-DMO When Starting Enterprise manager

HI guys, I get the above referenced error when trying to run the Enterprise Manager. The database starts and runs o.k., and I can enter queries on other machines and receive data, but I can't run the enterprise manager (from any machine on the lan) as I get this error.

Any thoughts?
