General Delivery picking up RAD

Hello,
I Hooked up a RAD at a customer site today. Tested it and it connected both times. They they have a night services button and when I try to access it after hours the General Delivery box picks it up. It is on a DID line. I forgot to set the control set for that line under common settings to 227(RAD Ext.) and it is set to 201. Any thoughts on this and is that what is causing the GD to pickup?

Dmac,
I think the GD is picking up because the line group or DRT for after hrs is set lower than your RAD answer settings. You will have to wait until day and either dial in or be operatored in to get your target line out of the ringing group. And/or make the prime for your RAD DID the RAD ext.

If the DID is not being used anywhere else go to the services and change the control set on that target line to none or another set so that night service will not effect the Rad's target line.

I kind of thought it was something like that just wanted to verify first. Like I said it connected with no problems during normal business hours.
