I have a user that can not access the General deliver mail box after they have the passcode reset.
I reset the passcode; they access the General delivery mail box and they are prompted to change their passcode. The do that and it is accepted.
The next time they try to log into the General delivery box with their new passcode it denies access.
Any ideas?
THis is Call pilot 100 on a Nortel system.
