We have a callpilot at our facility, for some reason when calls come in they go to mailbox 25 when not answered, the used to go to the general delivery mailbox, any ideas what is causing this?
Have you changed the sets to "Appr & Ring"? Then ext'n 25 is picking up the call before the "General Delivery Mailbox" (or the extension associated with it - usually 21).
If this is the problem, you will need to change the "Forward no Answer" to a longer setting on ext. 25(default is 4 so you could change it to 6). You will have to change all of the FNA settings for any phone that is programmed to ring on incoming calls.
