I have recorded a greeting for the general delivery mailbox (100) and can play it back to an extension via callpilot. The issue is when I call into the line that points directly to that mailbox the greeting that plays is the system default recording, not the one that I recorded. Also, if i pickup an extension and go to check mailbox 100 the default system recording plays instead of mine. Can someone explain what I can do differently to get my recording to play instead of the default.
