General Delivery Mailbox question

I am a total novice needing help on a meridian system !

I have calls going to my gen delivery mail box.

I dail 235 to enter the voicemail and enter 0000 for the password but I can't get in.

What am I doing wrong on or not doing?

1ST IT'S NOT A MERIDIAN SYSTEM, IT'S A NORSTAR.
2ND THEW GENERAL DELIVERY MAILBOX SHOULD BE 102 IF YOUR A 3 DIGIT SYSTEM. IF 0000 DON'T WORK TRY 1111 OR 1234, FIRST DO A FEATURE 981 THEN PRESS OTHER ENTER 102 AND PASSWORD

Spend some money and hire a CSR or Tech to give you some instruction first hand. It is worth it.
