Hello, my customer's got a BCM50 3.0 with 6 pots lines. They want callers to be able to leave a message in the general delivery mailbox without pressing any digits or providing any input.
I've got it programed so the AA answers on the first ring, the company greeting plays, the CCR gives the caller a menu of options then says "please stay on the line to leave a message".
When I test it I call in, listen to the greeting and menu options and don't press anything. The AA transfers me to the operator extension which rings several times then the general delivery mailbox answers.

Question: Is it possible to set it up where callers who don't press anything get transferred straight to the general mailbox without ringing the operator's extension first? I've got "attendant available" set to N in F982.

Thanks in advance

In CallpilotManager/Operations/OperatorSettings/ ATDNT Available=Y , Answers Lines=Y, Business Open=Y, Attendant= 334 (the DN of Callpilot)

Thank you sir, I've followed your instructions but the operator extension still rings 4 times before going to the general mailbox.

Maybe there's something else I haven't got set up right.

Right you are. I removed the operator extension from the table attendant field and it works perfectly. Many thanks!
