The line that has our programming phone and general delivery mailbox is dead. It was ext. 251.
Is there a way to find out what is happening with the line? I have the programming guides for the mics, but I do not even know what to look for.
I think the problem may be a line that failed. Does anyone have advice on where I should start troubleshooting? I have a FastRad installed and working so I can program that way.
