General consensus on logmein IT Reach?

Hey there. I run a small IT consulting firm, monitoring about 10-15 mobile systems at any given time, and I'm looking for a good remote access program to keep track of everything. I've been looking into things and it seems that IT Reach by logmein is the best option; I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with it and if so, what you thought.

We use pcanywhere for all our remote access to our customers except for two that had their own IT person who chose to use the logmein software and it seems to work just fine. A few more steps to get through versus pcanywhere but it works, and as far as I am aware with my only two sites that have it, it works without issue.
