General Announcement to all phones on NEC NEAX 2000IVS

Hi

I'll start off by saying I am a rookie with our phone system. We are using NEAX 2000IVS phones with NEAXMain AD-40. Our management would like to be able to make general announcements to all the phones (voicemail) on the system, simultaneously. Does anyone know whether this system has this capability and how to access it? Thanks in advance.
