In 5.5 you could create mailboxes independant of domain users. How is this done in 2k? I need to do the following..

user@domain.com
info@domain.com
noone@domain.com

Thanks

I'm afraid you're out of luck. Exchange 2k is completely integrated with AD. Once you have an AD account you can either mail enable (no mailbox on the Exchange server) or mailbox enable (mailbox on the Ex server) the user.

What do you want to do with these users? Is it something you could do with a public folder?

I want multiple people to be able to access and respon from info@domain, sales@domain, based on group membership, and a box that can catch all other email that is not resolved to a specific user.
