Go to Start/Run and type in
dxdiag
and hit enter and run the tests. If any fails, disable then reenable them and sometimes it will fix it. There will also be diagnostic tips in the dialog box for you to use. IF the tests run successfully, you should look to the help files in the game...or look for the mfr.'s website and then their FAQ/support section.
