GeForce MX440 vs. Quadro4 100nvs

I am purchasing some basic pc's for the office. A few people do some web design and use Quark. For "important stuff" we farm it out. Can anyone tell me which graphics card is better? I have read a lot of stuff about both and there doesn't seem to be any clear reason to choose one over the other.

Is there any clear advantage?

The MX 440 appears to be less expensive, but the Quadro claims to be able to support 2 digital monitors.
Also, one site claims that the Quadro supports only OpenGL, and not DirectX.
