After installing my GeForce card I played Medal of Honor with a few problems but nothing big. Now I am trying to play the next game by Medal of Honor and the graphics suck. My video is choppy and I have turned down all the setting on my computer just to make it work. Can I upgrade beyond the 4MB or am I stuck?? If I can what needs to be done.

GeForce 2 video with 4 MB ram on 5360

That video card comes from back in the day when the Voodoo Banshee was king!
5360 was the model of an SiS graphics chip which had 4meg cards available. They sucked big time even when the chip was initially released. I remember trying out Need For Speed 3 on that card, all I got for graphics were ~4 shade grayscale box cars and large grayscale rectangular track & scenery.
But alas, they sold fairly well, as many users who never ventured beyond Word & Solitaire never noticed any differences in the video quality.
