GDK16 DID problem

I have a gdk16 with 2 isdn, the customer got DID numbers and I have done it on larger systems where there is a bin for 3 digit number and day/night destinations, but I cant find it on this one, as far as I see you strip the number and change it to match a digit of the extension. Am I missing something

yes go into the msn table main menu 4 sub menu 10 (from memory) then enter a location 01-99 flex key 6 is where you need to enter the last six digits(uk)

Same in Denmark. If Menu 4-10 is OK (Ten-four), then it works.
Also make a forum search on GDK-16 DDI...

I was looking at Msn and it was looking for line number,
Isn't msn for main number and it only has 10 entrys
Eircom only send 4 digits In here.

Thanks for all the info. It was a great help. The telco had messed up the Ddi mapping and they were not coming in to the system. But all is working now

I noticed the caller Id was not being shown on the display, is this normal?

You should see who is calling. Just enable CLID and CLIP.
