Im wondering if there is a shortcode for adding and taking out extns from ring groups can be added as site wants to add certain extn's into the ring grp at certain times of the day but are not always at the same extns'

any help would be much appreciated.

You can forward the extensions by DND/FWD.
Press 1 to 9 hereafter:

1. --- Forward to another extension.
2. --- Forward if Busy
3. --- Forward if RNA, Ring No Answer
4. --- Forward if Busy or RNA, Ring No Answer
5. --- Forward to an external number - Speed dial number.
7. --- Forward to voice mail with timer. (4 sec).
8. --- Forward to voice mail when RNA
9. --- Forward to voice mail when Busy.
