Hello,
We had to downsize and move a remote terminal building. We have the remote local number forwarding to an 800 number for our head office so staff here can deal with the admin. The problem is that when the remote terminal number is called, it is forwarded to our Head Office as set up, but it goes directly to the General Delivery Mailbox instead of our auto attendant. This only happens when the number is being forwarded, not when you call the 800 number directly.
We have a BCM 450 and the remote terminal Number is now assigned to a AT&T cell phone that is forwarded to our 1-800 number.
Any advice?
Thanks
MAtt
