we are having a problem with the fusers for this style of printer. Not accepting the fuser..the code is SErvice code 13 or as the HP designation..Service Code 50.
we cleaned the various sensor with in the fuser, to no avail. Does anyone have any experience with this Fuji Xerox print engine?
