GATM8 with USRobotics Modem

I have an odd issue with desktop faxing on my fax server. I just installed a BCM450 with GATM8 to use for fax machine, postage, etc. All of my physical fax machines work fine, but when I set up a USRobotics modem to a windows fax server, I get fragmented fax images. I see ATA settigns in the properties of the Analog sets, and they are all set to fax mode. Would I need to set any other tone's or options?

Yes, should I switch to telephone?

Would the ATA tones check box help? Does the modem need the sounds? My fax machines work fine, just the USRobotics modems having issues. I could change the Baud rate on the modem?

The ATA will only go as hi as 28.8. ANd it should be modem.
Do you have a pots line to test the modem?

I have POTS lines being installed later this week and will try then.
