Does anyone have any tips on how to gather an image off an NT Server that is set up with a RAID 5 Array. I receive an error message just as I am about to do the gather, that says, "File Access Denied". I think the Raid array is not allowing Imagecast to see the boot drive. Anyway I need to get that image and am struggling here! I'm open for ideas!
