Gather logs in one program?

I have multiple servers with multiple logs. I'm searching for a program which could gather all these logs and present them to me easily.
Preferably with filter and possibility for searching.
Now I have to go to each server and lookup every log.

Does someone know of a good program?

Preferably not depending on other servers as sql or oracle.

will monitor your logs and send a warning email when an event occurs.

Its not quite what you asked for but after some (read lots) of customising its not bad at all.

Then only other thing I can think of is to use a mmc but you will still have to go through each server manually but at least it will all be in the same window.
