Gateway with Nortel PBX

I have a Nortel PBX connected to my call manager via a gateway. I can call from the CM to the Nortel without issue, but cannot call from the Nortel to the CM. I did the debug q931 and see the digits coming from the Nortel, however I get Unallocated/unassigned number error message, even though it is an extension defined on the CM.

Any ideas?

Do the number of digits match? How are you getting the info from the nortel?

I've already figured it out - didn't have a CSS set for the gateway.
