gateway setting by dhcp 2

Hi everyone I have a problem with my mitel network ,my voice server (sx 200 release 3.1) runs a DHCP. it gives an ip to every phone ,this dhcp it suppose to give the internal gateway address to all the phone devices , this setting is configurable on the form 47>01.
Also I have a teleworker phone; this one can only connect with phones that have manually set the gateway ip on their settings.
But I’m stuck with many phones that doesn’t have the option to put the settings on static(5201)...all of them work with dhcp.
I don’t really know why this setting has been not apply correctly, its any way to change it or fix it .

Do you have more then one network? Do you have a router in the network where all the phones are? What is set as a default gateway in DHCP options?

Form 47 Subform 1 defines the default gateway for the server NOT the phones.

You must define DHCP option 3 to hand out Gateway addresses to the phones.
