Gateway/codec issue?

All,

Have an issue with CCM4.1, user normally works on site A, when she goes to site B and logs in with ext mobility, phone login works fine, can make and receive calls but no audio. Inbound calls will come into site A as she keeps the name DDI number - I'm assuming a gateway/codec issue with either site a or site b gateway but not sure where or what to check - all remote sites are set to use g729.

Sounds like a routing issue between the phone at site B and the Gateway at Site A. Signaling works because it is between the CallManager and the phone but audio would be from the phone directly to the gateway at A. Can someone at Site A transfer an outside call coming in on Gateway A to a phone at Site B? If so, I am probably wrong. Try pinging from Gateway A to Phone at Site B.
