Hi There. I install IP Office with 8.056, Embedded voicemail.
From beginning, the customer complain they get the garbled messages.
When they hit the repeat, the messages become normal and clear.
After that, I upgrade to 8.061. The problem is not gone.

I consider SD card may has problem?
Does you guys have the same issue?
Please help.

Thanks

Actually phones are 9611 and with Avaya ERS3524g Switch

try with a digital phone and see if that still happens (or an analog phone, anything but IP)

is your system part of a SCN?

Thanks for your reply.

It is a standalone system.

I will try analog.

I have a similar system problem with messages being paused when listened to (intermittently) and when listened to again they are fine.
I replaced the SD card first (cheapest option) then the chassis and then the cards and it still happens. Right now I am reprogramming the system from scratch, hopefully you get luckier

I have had this once and a reboot fixed it at that time.
I had just uploaded all the system files after an upgrade.
It looks like the system is still busy moving these files around.

BAZINGA!
