Garbled Messages

I have a site that I support that is using a Octel 350. End users are reporting that they are receiving garbled messages and I cannot pinpoint where this is coming from. The PBX is a Nortel and they are using old AMIDs for integration. Anyone have any past experience's with this and where I might begin? There are not any alarms in the status log. Thanks

How many users are getting the bad messages? are they all the same ones or many of them? It may be just a bad port but you can use online CDR to look at where the message came in.

One time frame that was giving pointed to port 5f. I took it out of service and am waiting further feedback.
