We are having some problems with PC Anywhere.
Trying to connect to the host via dialup.
Works fine for most of the time then suddenly when we try and connect the display is garbled and broken up.
This will persist for a number of retries and eventually if left long enough between retries it clears itself.

At the same time, we can try a different PC to connect to the same host and it will be fine for a while then the same issues occurs with this one.

There does not seem to be any one thing that causes the issue. We have tried different PCs to connect, different modems and different phone lines.

The only thing we found that may help is connecting to a different host then trying the original host again.

Anyone any ideas on this one?
It almost seems like there is a cache being created somewhere that is not cleared correctly but cannot find anything to support this. This has happened with both versions 11.0 and 12.0.

HELP!

Thanks
Andrew

Go to edit/preferences and turn down the color scale under remote operations maybe adjust the cache and see if that helps. What you may be running into is that on dial up you never connect at the same speed every time. That may be where the inconsistency is coming in.
