Gaps in IE - Box Model?

I'm working on a page that will be sent as HTML email. It displays as wanted in FF but not in IE. You can see the page here: You can see what I am talking about on the left hand side. There is a gap above where the text begins and it does not line up along the bottom.
I am using nested tables and thought that maybe the Box Model Hack would resolve this but have not had any success.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 
I can't see any gaps in IE or Geckos. Only difference I can spot is that the text on the left is slightly higher up in IE than in Mozilla. However, that does not seem to coincide with what you're telling us.
 
Thanks for taking a look at it Vragabond. I just found to of my table cells with blank spaces that was causing the problem. Thanks again...
