I have created a gantt chart in visio 2003 with 23 tasks that span 120 days. I am using a time interval of month and a sub interval of weeks in the actual gantt chart. I have the following columns: task name, start date, finish date, interval, % complete and the gantt chart. The visio diagram does not fit on one page - I have landscaped the page and adjusted formatting. I have tried cutting the gantt chart and putting that on a seperate page but it doesn't work.

I know this can't be that difficult. I am just trying to get this dern diagram in a printable manner...

any ideas ?

Many thanks in advance
Jennifer

Very strange behavior...
I tryed to print, as you say and all is OK.
Print on 1 page. I check on A4, B4 and letter.
Try:
1) Set File>Page Setup...>Print setup>Fit to 1 sheet across by 1 sheet.
2) Select gantt chart, then Copy (Ctrl+C) and Undo (Ctrl+Z).
Next create New drawing and change page orientation to Landscape. Next Edit>Paste special...>Picture (Enhanced Metafile) and enlarge to fit page. Then print.

Tested on WinXP + Visio 2K3 11.3216.5606 and Samsung ML-1450 printer.
