I don't think it is, unless you really like to code a lot. Best bet is:
1) Look into MS Projetc to see if it exposes its object model to MS Access, this way you might be able to transfer Access data to a MS Project table.
2) Look for a 3rd party gantt utility that can be used within MS Access.
