Hi,

We're in the UK and looking at a few proposals for a new phone system for when we move building. One of the proposals involves using IP rather than ISDN30 and putting it over Gamma's voice assured broadband service. The other proposals go for IP over leased line or ISDN30. We have a B2B telesales team and probably will use a (progressive) dialer at some point, so the quality and reliability of the line is paramount. Does anyone have any experience of Gamma's Voice Assured Broadband service and if so, is it fit for this purpose?

thanks

We use them all the time. Some good Gamma SIP deals available right now for customer on assured.

Most of the time, they are plug and play. Gamma are pretty good at ironing things out quickly if not too.

They are also internet facinf so can be a handy way to get remote access too!

Gamma assured as long as you don't want other external connection on the circuit i.e. remote access onto a system or external IP phones, as they won't allow the ports. However if you want to use it for pure SIP trunking, it's fine.
