Gamma SIP issue

Hi I have a customer who has an old IP400 running V6 software, we are trying to install SIP trunks but currently having an issue with one way speech. When passed to Gamma they say "200 OK contact header contains an unknown IP address which the ACK then gets forwarded to" the unknown IP address is the LAN 1 address of the IP Office and not the external IP of the customer. I have tried everything to resolve this, Stun, No stun and setting and changing every parameter known to man. Anyone had similar experiences? There IT people have done all the necessary port forwarding etc but still one way speech.

Try to add the public IP address to the ARS number like DID"@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" I am doing this from memory so I might be a little off but this is how we used to do this back in the day.
