anyways i just wanted to know it looks like they made the background in paint and i was woundering how i could make the background in paint and apply it to a python thing

If you want to move graphics over a background, you should give a try at pyGame.

This is a library designed for games.
You'll get everything you need: background and sprites, collision detection, sound, music, keyboard/mouse/joystick input...
