Hi, i was wondering how this website got the information about the game servers on the page:

http://enemydown.co.uk/servers.php

How does it get the ip, map and people playing??

Is is a sock command??

Any ideas or links where i can find out how to do this as i want to be able to put something similar on my website.

It's pretty easy.
Send a command to the server on a specific port and read/decode what comes back.

There are a few ready made scripts out there that can get data from a gameserver.

there you go. MooStats can connect to a number of different servers.

It's not hard to write your own though. It's literally just a matter opening a socket connection and sending the right trigger to get the data back. Then work out what bit of the data means what.
