Galaxy Client Event Manager error on reboot

Hi

Client has a Windows 2003 SP1 server, that every time it reboots get the following errors

Event Category:	None

Description:
The Galaxy Client Event Manager (ControlSet001) service depends on the Galaxy Communications Service (ControlSet001) service which failed to start because of the following error: 
The system cannot find the path specified.

Doing some searching, I can't find anything about this error. Found a listing of Galaxy services but that is about it. Looking at the system there is no Galaxy anything installed in the system.

I am really at lose here as to why this is happening or where to look.

Did you check the services console to see if you have any entries for Galaxy. From there you should be able to see where it's trying to load from.
