Quest have a tool to do it called Collaboration Services for Exchange as do a couple of others.
All will set you back at least $1000, but they will of course save the cost of a W2003 Enterprise license for IIFP.
Found one of the others in my archive.
If memory serves he is pretty much a one man band but he works extensively with US Navy and others and seems pretty cool.
You'll still also need the MS Interorg tool to do any public folder or free busy syncing. I think Quest has that built in. Although I hope it is of a better standard than their migration tools, they are pretty dire.
