GAAAH! Why in the !@#$ am I getting DWC lights?

When I have SCCS installed.

I also am patched current. Option 11C with 25.40B+

Call Pilot 2.01 with Current PEPS

So, Why the !@#$ am I getting DWC keys activating?

To temporarily remove the VISUAL indication that we are having a problem, I removed the DWC from agents keys.

But, that only masks a seriously irritating issue.

Anyone have any info on this????

It sounds like your Symposium is down at those times, maybe the ELAN is dropping. Either you are defaulting into regular ACD, or calls are coming in that are bypassing Symposium -- could it be that your ACD queue(s) are taking direct calls???

Here is why - In a sysload on the PBX, the default PEP's that come with 25.40B+ have an issue with PEP 16007a-e9. The 16007 pep will NOT load until some of the previous PEPs are unloaded.

As of right now, I am 36 hours into a clean run of my pbx.


No crosstalk, now DWC...its refreshing
