GAAAH! Why in the !@#$ am I getting DWC lights?

When I have SCCS installed.

I also am patched current. Option 11C with 25.40B+

Patched with P17411_1.LW, P16000#9.11c, p16001#9.11c, p16002#9.11c, p16003#9.11c and p16008#9.11c

We are at current revisions per Nortel.

So, Why the !@#$ am I getting DWC keys activating?

To temporarily remove the VISUAL indication that we are having a problem, I removed the DWC from agents keys.

But, that only masks a seriously irritating issue.

Anyone have any info on this????
