G700 integrated announcement board

2. ch announcement to add new ext and name of announcement.
3. enable file tranfer to login media gateway use ftp method.
4. use ftp tools goto g700 ip address (login and password use step 3 that assigned) , and then remember using (binary mode) of ftp.
5. upload your wav file to g700 and the file name must same as the announcement name.
