Afternoon,
Searched all morning for any info on this and haven't been able to find anything. We have a g450 that I did the factory reset on. Logged in as root and it never hit the startup. I tried script-config to use the Gateway installation Wizard but the GW stated command not found. Anyone run into this?

So when you log in with root root you don't see a prompt of any kind..?

No it goes to the normal CLI screen with Product type: Avaya G450 Media Gateway Release. Below that it states Survivable-call-engine is disabled and below that G450-??? (super)#. I was trying to show some Nortel guys that are moving to Avaya how they can do the basic config by using the wizard but Mr. Wizard refuses to come out and play.

Could be lopes1211. I had the same when I connected through the console port. I'm going to see if I remember how to load the latest firmware by going direct. This isn't on any network.
