G450 not sending 1 in toll calls

Hi folks,

I have a G450 with PRI and the customers PRI provider is moving the PRI service from a telco network to a coax cable network. (The provider is Shaw communications in Canada.) We have discovered that the phone system has never sent the 1 in a toll call. On the telco network the call was allowed to go through as a long distance call, but on switching the PRI service over to the coax PRI system the call will no longer go thru. Below is the ARS table on the system. They are able to do overseas calls. It is just numbers beginning with a 1 including 1800 calls.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
