I am trying to upload the music from my PC from VAM , but i get belwo error, when i check in the SAT command "list directory bo 1v9" nothing is listed , but when i check list int-annc , i can see the file i created

when ia ms not able to upload the Music


Error getting 'list directory board 001V9 annc' : 1 00000000 9497 Directory is empty

Pls help me

Try "list directory board 001V9 /annc". You need a "space" and "/" before the annc. It is very particular on the command.

i tried both the options but still i am getting nothing in list directory bo

is there anything we need to do system to update the announcement directory i created (Hold)

still VAM is not uploading the music file
