G450 H.248 links bouncing

We are seeing the H.248 links going up and down between our G450s and PE.

Display errors also show the gateway reset.

We not too long ago merged onto an existing PBX CM 6.3. All of our gateways and media modules were upgraded to latest firmware. This issue is causing sporadic service disruption, so any assistance would be much appreciated.

speed/duplex maybe? show interface stats on the CM and the gateway? Maybe a QoS thing if they're across a WAN?

I agree with Klye555, odds are it a speed/duplex mismatch, check that on the CM/gateway, and the network switchs. Make sure that they are set the same on all points.
